FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I create a story? Add your child (their name and age), choose a value or moment (like courage, kindness, or gratitude), pick a length, and your personalized illustrated story is ready in moments — with your child on every page.

Is it safe and private for my child? Yes. Walking With Jesus is designed to be wholesome, reverent, and strictly age-appropriate. You are always in control of your child's details, and you can delete them at any time. See our Privacy Policy below for full details.

How do subscriptions work? Walking With Jesus Plus is an optional subscription (monthly or yearly) that gives you more personalized stories each month. You can also buy one-time Story Packs. Payment is charged to your Apple Account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? • iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Walking With Jesus → Cancel. • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Walking With Jesus → Cancel.

How do I delete my account and all my data? In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, your children's details, and every story and illustration you've created. You can also email us and we'll help.

What ages is it for? The stories are written for children roughly ages 1–9, meant to be read together with a parent or caregiver.

What languages are supported? English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.
