Terms of Use — Walking With Jesus

Welcome to Walking With Jesus ("the App," "we," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Walking With Jesus and govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App is

Walking With Jesus is a family app in which a parent or guardian creates personalized, illustrated, Christian children's stories starring their own child. Stories and illustrations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).

2. Who may use the App

The App is intended for use by adults (18+) who set it up on behalf of a child. A grown-up creates the child's profile and the stories; the App is not directed to children to use on their own. You are responsible for supervising any child who views content you create.

3. Your account

You may use the App as a guest or create an account (including Apple or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can permanently delete your account and data anytime from Settings → Delete account, or by request.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Purchases are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You cancel in your Apple or Google account settings — deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• One-time Story Packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

5. AI-generated content

Stories and illustrations are created by AI from the information you provide, for your private family use. AI output can occasionally be imperfect or vary. We apply content safeguards, but you should review stories with your child in mind. The App is a devotional and storytelling aid, not a source of theological authority.

6. Acceptable use

Use the App only for its intended, lawful, wholesome purpose. Do not misuse it, interfere with its security, or use it to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for a young child. We may limit access that violates these Terms.

7. Your content and privacy

You are responsible for the information you enter (a child's name, age, appearance). Any photo you provide is used only to generate the cartoon and is not stored. Our data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
